In another post, I talked about the great success of the Zac Brown Band for which Wyatt Durrette's son co-writes songs won the American Country Music (ACM) Award for Top New Vocal Group/Duo of the Year!!
I know this is a bit off topic, but it is cool! Wyatt Durrette's, a shareholder here at DurretteBradshaw, son Wyatt is a songwriter for the Zac Brown Band (www.zacbrownband.com). "Chicken Fried" a song that he wrote made Number 1 on Billboard's Country chart. Check out the band's myspace page for some tunes (link from the main band page). The band has another of his songs, "Whatever It Is" debuting at number 47 on the American Music Charts!
